Saidnaya White is a productive Syrian fig prized for its sweet, honey-like flavor and attractive pale fruit. It produces medium-sized figs with greenish-yellow to pale skin and amber to light-colored flesh when ripe. Excellent for fresh eating and drying.

USDA Zones: 8-11; Figs easily be grown as container plants in zones where they can’t be grown in the ground. A few cold-hardier cultivars can survive in zones 6 & 7 with proper winter protection and in micro-climates.
